An exclusive space to rent for your wedding, photography, or events. While wedding plans may be postponed, love is not cancelled - we are here for you.

We are located in the highly desired and coveted downtown San Francisco Union Square district.

We have the second and third floors of a beautifully restored historic building that has terrific natural light and an interconnecting staircase. 

The space has been completely renovated and updated for today's technical needs while maintaining that historic charm. We have elevator access and kitchens on both floors. 

There is easy access to Bart. We are next door to White House Garage Parking that has 24 hour access. 

You can rent the second floor, the third floor or both depending on your event needs. We have some options while our store is open, and others when the store is closed. If you want us to close down the store there are separate fees and schedule restrictions.

Additionally, this is ideal for exclusive private parties, premium corporate events, film shoots, themed events, product launches, cocktail receptions, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and more. 

STARTING AT $675/HOUR

We have pricing tiers that include event space rental while our store location is open as well as when our store location is closed and private for your entire event. You will either book one floor or both. Please email for specific pricing. 

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your date. From 25 days prior to the event:

We can steam your dress to have it ready for you and alterations on site for any quick fixes.

We have our wedding dress stylists that can help you get into your dress if you want that extra help with those final touches!

We also have wedding hair stylists and makeup artists available if you do not have your own. 

We have more amazing options that you can add on to customize your day to fit your needs perfectly.

We have just the place for you to come and get ready with us at our San Francisco location. It can be challenging to coordinate all those “get ready moments” for your courthouse or day destination wedding.

We have a beautiful location in the heart of Union Square that you can use to:

          have your flowers delivered
          have your dress safe and ready for you
          have a place for your bridal party to get ready
          have a place for your hair and makeup stylists to get YOU ready
          have a place for your photographer and videographer to come            to capture those “getting ready” moments
          toast with complimentary champagne

Just the bride, there is a 2 hour minimum, and yes you can have guests! If you have up to 5 in your bridal party getting ready, we require 4 hour minimum.

Photographers can use this location as a place to meet clients for city photo shoots and can come and go for outfit changes using our dressing rooms and getting ready. There is a four hour minimum.

Photographers can use this location as a place to meet clients for city photo shoots with access for outfit changes. This package includes the use of our beauty bar where hair stylists and makeup artists are able to get the clients/models ready. There is four hour minimum. 

The rental space does not come with any additional services in the base price. You are able to use outside vendors. If you find that you are needing more specialization and services we do offer these add on options. Please inquire about services and prices.

We have dressing rooms on the second floor to accommodate an entire wedding party.

We have 7,000 square feet with both floors of useable space, we have the capacity for 200 but each floor will comfortably accommodate up to 75 people seated.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.

Yes, we have the capacity for either a DJ or a live band. We have had the event space updated to high speed internet and has Bose sound system throughout both floors with microphones and other media needs. 

Can the venue accommodate a DJ or live band?

You may bring your own decorations we just ask that they do not damage the walls or floors. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. 

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes we do allow outside vendors and have guidelines of what is needed from the vendors.

Can we hire outside vendors?

Yes there are many options for public transportation. We are very close to BART and buses. Car services and fee based drivers will have ease pulling up to our location. 

Is public transportation an option?

We do have an elevator in the building that accesses both floors and can be used. The elevator is small so we encourage letting vendors know the dimensions so that they can be assured to get all of there equipment and supplies on the elevator. There is not a service elevator in this building.
